I have lost a total of 26 lbs since I started my diet. I am feeling great and it’s almost time to buy new pants..lol
Sorry I haven’t been posting anything lately, but here it goes. I am down 8 to 10 lbs so far. With this weight loss, I haven’t given up any of my favorite foods just in moderation. Also I try ways of cooking my food, in less fat, low to no salt and adding my spices. I just love the way I feel.
Just made more fresh juice. Oranges, apples, cucumber, kale, celery, and ginger. It’s fantastic. It has a very refreshing taste to it.
I made a awesome fruit and veggie juice. It’s is made like this.
4 Peeled Oranges
1 Lb bag of baby peeled carrots
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup spinach
1 med sized beet.
I also use this juice in my smoothies which really kick it up a notch.

Smoothie for tomorrow: Strawberries, peaches, grapes, pineapples, spinach and carrots, made with the fresh juice I made, 1/3 cup almond milk, flax and chia seeds and a splash of cinnamon.
